Shipping & Return Policy for Non-NFA Items

This policy applies specifically to non-NFA purchases made through the EchoCore Suppressors online store. Please review the terms below before making a purchase.

Return Policy
​

Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original ship date.

​

Product Condition
All returns must be in unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with original packaging and all included materials intact.

​

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing components or damage from shipping, please contact us at sales@echocoresuppressors.com within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to returns.

​

Restocking Fee
All authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

​

Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from EchoCore Suppressors. Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Once your Return Form is submitted, a Customer Service Representative will provide your RMA number by email.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at sales@echocoresuppressors.com. While we will make every effort to cancel your order, most shipments are processed quickly — often within hours. If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to the return policy above.

Shipping & Return Policy for NFA Items

This policy applies specifically to purchases of National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated items (such as suppressors) made through the EchoCore Suppressors online store. Due to federal regulations, these items are subject to special terms and conditions.

Return Policy

All Sales Final
Once an NFA item is purchased, the sale is final. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are permitted after an order has been submitted, except in cases of manufacturer defect (see below).

Manufacturer Defects
If you receive an NFA product that is defective, please contact us at service@echocoresuppressors.com within 14 days of transfer approval. We will coordinate repair or replacement in accordance with EchoCore’s warranty policy.

Transfer Denials
If your Form 4 transfer is denied by the ATF, EchoCore Suppressors cannot issue a refund for the NFA item. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to own NFA-regulated products prior to purchase.

 

Shipping Policy

FFL/SOT Requirement
All NFA-regulated items must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) who holds the appropriate Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status. You will be required to select or provide your preferred FFL/SOT dealer at checkout.

ATF Compliance
EchoCore Suppressors will not ship any NFA-regulated product until we have received and verified the receiving dealer’s FFL and SOT documentation.

​

Processing Time
Orders for in-stock NFA items are typically prepared for submission to the ATF within 3–5 business days of order confirmation and receipt of all required dealer documentation. Actual shipping will occur only after ATF approval has been granted.

​

Shipping Carriers
Shipments of NFA-regulated products are generally fulfilled through UPS or FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination.
